This program provides outpatient mental health treatment for clients ages 18 to 60. Services include psychiatric assessment and follow up, medical and medication management, nursing assessment, nursing care, and medication administration. Nurses provide education on physical health issues.
Medical Management satellite services are also available in Jones and Twiggs counties.
Services are available Monday - Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
